Prompting for better sales and Product Design
Freckle.io, a pre-seed startup, needed a fractional expert to lead outbound growth efforts for its design partners and provide additional insights into product design.
The objective was to quickly understand the design partners' businesses, build out a sales pipeline using data enrichment tools like Clay and Freckle, and leverage prompt engineering expertise to optimize and accelerate customer acquisition.

The outbound growth pipeline resulted in a 6.37% response rate exceeding the industry standard of 1%-5% (in 2024). Enhanced prompt engineering techniques improved outreach, resulting in more personalized and targeted engagement. Insights gained from the outbound campaigns contributed strategically to Freckle’s product design, improving efficiency and ensuring the final solution aligned more closely with user needs and business objectives.
